📅 Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

✔     Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached

✔     Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

✔     Sale or discounted items are NOT eligible for returns

✔     Perishable or personalized items cannot be returned

💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

🔁 Exchanges
